I settled onto the sofa with a hot mug of black coffee and opened my inbox. There it was!
A long, detailed email from the Governing Council, thanking me for what had been built so far… and letting me know that a Custom GPT would be taking over my responsibilities for the year ahead.

Looking back now, one thing is clear: no single person can truly claim ownership over the magic of a flagship event like that. The applause and appreciation have been generous, and rightly so. Still, what we built, we built together.

In the past weeks, I have collectively met at least 600 founders, with over 90% of them talking about their AI advantage. The quick pivots and adaptability in motion showcase the resilience and disruption-proof mindset of our startup ecosystem—something that inspires SaaSBoomi to do even more in 2025.

The true way forward for communities would be to create chapters that are deeply functional, finding and nurturing the right talent, and providing them global exposure.

Sometimes, the greatest gift you can give your team is the gift of conviction. When a strong belief in what’s possible, extraordinary outcomes follow.

Communities are no different. Just like individuals, they reach a point where they must evolve to meet the demands of a changing world.
