Get Ready for the AI League

The U.S. is the big league. But launching there takes more than intent. It needs context, conviction, community, and a personal network. And when thinking about AI, it means getting on the inside of how Silicon Valley is building today.

Over the past 3 editions, Caravan has helped 500+ startups explore the U.S. opportunity – enabling them to launch, find early traction, find their first U.S. customers, and future teams.

For many, this was the spark that started it all. From zero to one. From India-first to U.S.-ready.

If you’re thinking of:

  • Building AI-first or AI-deep
  • Cracking the U.S. customer mindset
  • Localising your product and GTM
  • Getting early validation
  • Building a real network on U.S. soil

Caravan gives you that soft landing, a founder community, and the network to get you started.

Caravan ’25 introduces our first-ever module-based format. It’s leaner, sharper, deeper, and fully AI-native.

Arrow

Is there a selection process?

Yes. Each application is reviewed to ensure you’ll get the most value out of the experience.

Arrow

Do I need to be in AI to attend?

No – but this edition will focus heavily on AI-native thinking. Bring an open mind.

Arrow

Can I attend if I’m still exploring ideas for the U.S.?

You’re welcome! But this program is best suited for founders ready to act.

Arrow

Can SaaSBoomi help with an invitation letter to support securing my U.S. Visa?

Yes, we can. Write to us at keerthi@saasboomi.org and cc: hello@saasboomi.org with your request, and we’ll help you out.

Arrow

Will sessions be recorded or shared? Will I get access to the presentations?

Caravan is a safe space for real conversations. However, we will provide access to speaker presentations based on the presenter’s consent.

Arrow

How can I get an invite to the Growth Founders’ Dinner on October 11th?

Founders Growth Founders’ Dinner on October 10th is curated exclusively for growth-stage founders building for the US market. This is a small, invite-only gathering. To express interest, please email avinash@saasboomi.org.

Arrow

How do I network with other attendees before the event?

We’ll set up a dedicated WhatsApp group closer to the event. It’s a space to connect with fellow attendees, share context, and start conversations ahead of Caravan.

Arrow

What are my accommodation options?

We have tie-up with Draper University and a few near by motels. Drop us an email at hello@saasboomi and we’ll be happy to share more information with you.

Arrow

Can I plan to travel or stay with other founders traveling at the same time?

Yes, many founders coordinate travel and stay plans with others. Once the WhatsApp group is live, feel free to start a thread and find your travel crew.

Arrow

How long should I plan to stay in the U.S. before/after Caravan?

We strongly recommend that you arrive a couple of days before and stay for a few weeks to make the most of your trip. This will help you plan follow-up meetings, attend local events, get a first-hand feel of the Bay Area to inform future plans, and start building your personal network.

Arrow

What’s the best way to get around in the Bay Area?

If you’re staying local, public transport like Caltrain and BART work well for most routes. If you’re planning to explore beyond the main hubs or want flexibility, renting a car is your best bet.
