Jagah Code of Conduct
Keep the Chatham House Rule
What’s shared in the room stays in the room. Respect the privacy of intricate,
personal stories that are generously shared with you.
Engage Authentically
Stay present, leaving behind distractions that could dilute your experience. Engage
with the intent to both share and absorb wisdom. Give your undivided attention to the speakers and facilitators.
Nurture the Safe Space
Jagah sessions/retreats aim to be sanctuaries for raw, honest discourse. Uphold that sanctuary by respecting the vulnerability of others. There is no judgment, only support and empathy.
Contribute, Don’t Compete
This is not a platform to outshine others with your own story, but to amplify the collective narrative. Approach discussions with a collaborative, not combative, mindset.
Foster Inclusivity
Practice sensitivity and inclusiveness, steering clear of language that could sound disrespectful, discriminatory, or hateful.
Uphold Integrity
Let’s keep it real and share with utmost honesty.
Share Responsibly
The wisdom unlocked here is destined for a broader audience of entrepreneurs. Handle it with the same respect and authenticity as you would in this intimate setting.
Adhere to Timings
Kindly honour the scheduled timings outlined in the agenda to maximise the benefits of the sessions/retreat for yourself and your co-participants.
